Biography of the unkempt European
Hey, my name is Bob Banana and I came to India five years ago. My life in Germany was so exhausting, you had to be punctual and you had to fight to keep your job because with social welfare you can´t survive, everything was expensive and the other people were sometimes unfriendly. I was really burned out. I scraped my last money together and went to India. I was always interested in India and its culture especially in Hinduism.
I arrived after a very hard trip. Later I had typical start-up problems, I didn´t like the food, the other Indians didn´t accept me and I got pinched. But I didn´t give up to make my dream come true. I wanted to find myself,my innermost and peace. So I went to a guru who told me how to find peace and satisfaction. I learned a lot from him and after a while I noticed that I was a much more settled character.
I found a job in a little shop and I started a family, the first time was difficult because I had to prove that I´m a good man but now I have a lot of friends and a great life. I never want to come back to Germany.
Life in India is indeed very different from life in Germany and also the conditions are others than in Germany but I adapted to them and I´m very happy with my new life.
